Well. I've been up since about noon yesterday and since it is now seven I figure it's time for bed. But before that I want to say something I've learned but missed out on this last year. Today I randomly chose to log in to DA and explore through the newly posted items. I started at about two or three this morning and I never ran out of things to compliment or critique.

There are so many people on this site that yearn to be something more, and those who have achieved happiness in where they are. They pour their heart and their soul into the work they do, and risk having it bashed and put down. While many people are supportive, there are those who, because they don't like that kind of work, disagree with it being posted. The thing is, that every person I've ever met has had unique qualities and interests, that's what gives them their unique quirks. Bashing artists work is like bashing who they are. Common courtesy is dying more and more as time goes on. Please people, have respect, even from those who are different than you. It is because of the difference that I feel I have gotten at least an ounce of my creativity back.

So I say thanks to all of the people who chose to show themselves and their thoughts and work to this site, and who knows if they've shown the world. The lesson is simple. Treat others with respect. And even if you are a hot shot artist, no one would respect you more than if you browsed around every once and a while and gave some constructive criticism.

I feel like I can take pictures again.
